On Friday, Merchant Law Group LLP of Canada filed a class action law suit against Full Tilt Poker on behalf of “all real money holders at Full Tilt Poker.” This marks the fourth of such suits filed against the troubled poker site. 43510
The suit was filed the day after the Alderney Gaming Control Commission (revoked Full Tilt’s license citing insolvency, the inability to return balances to their players, and extending credit to players as the reasons.
US players have been unable to access their funds since Black Friday while globally players have been unable to access their funds held on the site since Full Tilt had its operating license suspended in June.
